I am a UK registered counsellor & psychotherapist (UKRCP) and a BACP Accredited counsellor & psychotherapist. I hold individual membership with the Federation of Drug and Alcohol Professionals (FDAP).

I work with individuals, couples and families, provide counselling supervision and consult in organisations and in private practice.

I manage and co-ordinate a counselling agency within a charity setting.

I integrate and blend appropriate therapeutic approaches according to your needs, expectations and goals.
I work with your current and past experience including childhood trauma, how your past impacts on the present and help you to find meaning and understanding in your life today.

I also work with a Cognitive Behavioural Therapeutic approach and trauma incident reduction techniques and tools as required.

    I am experienced and trained in working with bereavement and loss, anxiety, depression, low self esteem and self efficacy, stress, anger, childhood sexual abuse, trauma, crisis, shame, self harm and suicide, relationships, and emotional, physical & sexual abuse both in childhood and adulthood.

    I have considerable experience in working with workplace conflict, domestic violence, homophobic abuse and sexual violence including male and female rape.

    Some lower costs sessions available inthe daytime.
