Life is not always straightforward. There may be times when you feel overwhelmed, stressed or anxious. Or you may feel unhappy or dissatisfied with your life, work or relationships. Perhaps you have been made redundant or experienced a recent bereavement.

My aim is to provide a professional, supportive and confidential environment for you to think and talk about your difficulties freely. In my experience, developing greater self-awareness can open up choices in the way we relate to ourselves and others and how we cope with painful situations and feelings.

I work in an open-minded way, drawing on a variety of therapeutic approaches in response to the particular individual and the issues which are brought to therapy.

I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), abide by their Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy and am subject to their Professional Conduct procedure.

Qualifications & Training
I completed my the Oxford Cambridge and RSA certificate in Counselling Skills in 2005 and am a graduate of Spectrum's psychotherapy training programme. I am also an accredited Spectrum psychotherapist. Spectrum is a centre for humanistic training and is a registered organisation of the United Kingdom Council of Psychotherapy.

Experience
I work as a volunteer counsellor at Hammersmith & Fulham as well as having a private practice.

Fees
My normal fee for weekly 50 minute sessions is £50 at the Serenity rooms and £60 at the Sloane Square location.

A lower fee may be negotiable for those on lower incomes. Payment is by either cash or cheque.
