My counselling approach is Integrative. I work in an interactive style; this means that I will engage and talk with you, sometime challenge, sometimes inform and always empathise. I believe the therapeutic relationship between the client and therapist is key to healthy development and wellbeing. This is probably the singular most important factor in determining whether or not counselling will help you. Feeling comfortable enough to talk about everything that is concerning you is vital. You need to know that you will be listened to in confidence, with care and without judgement.Qualifications & Training I am a member of the BACP, BASRT and an associate member of the Royal Society of Medicine.
I hold a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling, Cert. Counselling Studies 2006, Cert. Counselling Skills 2005, awarded by the Counselling & Psychotherapy Central Awarding Body (CPCAB). London Diploma & Cert. in Psychosexual & Relationship Counselling - distinction 2009, awarded in association with the Institute of Complementary Medicine.Experience Previously I have practiced at The Awareness Centre in Clapham, the Albany Trust in Balham, which specialise in relationship and psychosexual therapy, Terrence Higgins Trust, London & London Friend.Fees Individuals:
