I currently work in the NHS and in private practice. My approach is integrative, and combines Cognitive Behavioural Therapy with schema focussed therapy. I have specialist experience and training in anorexia and bulimia gained while working at the National Centre for Eating Disorders Research at Guy's Hospital. Other areas of particular expertise include postnatal depression and birth trauma, adjusting to parenthood, and adults coping with bullying in the workplace.
