Life events - past and present, loss and bereavement or traumatic experiences can cause symptoms of feeling overwhelmed, anxiety and stress, depression and mood swings, or create relationship problems at home or at work, which can be disabling in your present day life.

Regular weekly sessions offer an opportunity to explore how past experiences can have contributed to these symptoms. Therapy can lead to greater self knowledge and awareness of the roots of the problems so that you don't have to feel so gripped by overwhelming feelings. I do not offer advice but aim to help patients or clients discover, recognise and make their own choices. You can contact me directly, you do not need someone to refer you.
