Sometimes it is difficult to understand what is going on in your life and within yourself which can lead to you feeling unhappy and unfulfilled. As individuals we can live a conflicted life and not know how to change this.

Psychotherapy can provide you with a safe place to explore underlying feelings that are often quite painful and confusing. It can help you to understand how the past may be having an impact on your life in the present and through the awareness gained, it can help to facilitate changes within you.

I am an experienced BACP accredited counsellor and psychotherapist and have been working within organisational settings and in individual therapy for the past six years. I have worked with young people between the ages of 14 and 25, as a counsellor working with adults affected by substance abuse and in private practice working with a diverse range of issues and challenges that can affect us at times in life. I am experienced in working with trauma, depression and anxiety and with anger issues amongst many issues.
