I offer fifty-minute weekly sessions for both time-focused counselling and longer-term psychotherapy. I also offer more frequent sessions (up to four per week) on an occasional or on-going basis, subject to availability.

Qualifications & Training
I am a BACP accredited counsellor and psychotherapist, a UKCP registered psychotherapist and a UKRC registered independent counsellor. I subscribe to the codes of ethics provided by these institutions and am subject to their complaints procedures.

I am a Provisional Teaching and Supervising Transactional Analyst and a Certified Transactional Analyst (with psychotherapy specialisation). I hold a Clinical Diploma in TA Psychotherapy from the Metanoia Institute, as well as Masters Degrees in psychotherapy and psychology from Middlesex University and The Open University respectively.

Fees
My fees currently range from £30 to £100 per session, depending on the time, frequency and format of sessions. Fees are payable by cash or cheque at each session, or by cash, cheque or BACS transfer on a three-session advance schedule.

If you decide not to attend a session, I will offer you alternative session times within the same working week, subject to availability and given notice of at least 24 hours. If I am then able to use your cancelled session for another client, I charge a nominal administrative fee of £10 for each such cancellation. Otherwise, I charge for all missed and cancelled sessions.
