The way I work depends very much on what you would like to gain from your counselling, with my approach being integrative, drawing from both Humanistic / Person-Centred and Psychodynamic models of counselling. I would see our work as as a joint collaboration working together towards helping you to live a way that was more satisfying and resourceful and to be more comfortable with yourself and with others.
Our appointments would be for 50 minutes on a weekly basis, either short or long term depending on what would be most helpful for you.Qualifications & Training Certificate in Bereavement Counselling 1999.
