My approach is informed by psychodynamic, relational and humanistic traditions. My work may pay attention to childhood experiences and significant relationships alongside focussing on the here and now, in order to promote change. I am currently employed in the NHS working with adolescents and their families and also in a private hospital with adults experiencing mental health problems.
