I have worked with a wide variety of issues, including anxiety, depression, bereavement and loss, problems with relationships, a history of abuse, stress and work-related problems. I use a relational and reflective approach to support individuals to discover the cause of their difficulties, and to make the changes they wish in order to live more fulfilling lives. I offer both short-term counselling and in-depth psychotherapy to individuals and couples. I also offer clinical supervision, rooted in Transactional Analysis and Object Relations theories.
