My approach is a relational and talking approach to successfully treat issues ranging from depression, eating disorders, anxiety, abuse and grief to phobias, addiction and family issues.

The therapeutic relationship is unique, unlike any other relationship. It is being with someone who cares about you, respects you, shares your pain, celebrates your success, supporting your growth and healing.

My role as an experienced therapist is to offer you a psychological environment in which the relationship itself supports and encourages change, bringing to awareness the deeper unconscious elements that have remained unseen.

Qualifications & Training
As a psychotherapist I work with a humanistic approach. I have training in Transactional Analysis, Integrative Psychotherapy, Jungian Therapy, Psychosomatic Medicine and I am also a Master in Neuro-Linguistic Programming.

I am a member of BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy), ITAA (International Transactional Analysis Association), UNAT-BR (Transactional Analysis Association of Brazil) and International Integrative Psychotherapy Association.

Experience
I have had training and experience to address a wide range of issues, including: depression, anxiety, anger, stress-management, addiction, fears, phobias, panic attack, shame, obesity, eating disorders, family issues, relationship problems, career and work issues, low self-esteem, and sleep problems.
