I work with individuals on an open-ended basis or for an agreed time period. My approach is psychodynamic which means that difficulties in the present may have their roots in the past. Exploring and understanding reccuring patterns of behaviour and relationships can be a first step towards increased awareness that ultimately might lead to easier decision making and higher self-esteem.

Therapy can be helpful for dealing with low self-esteem, anxiety, panic and depression. It can also show the way to having more healthier relationships and how to sustain them. Furthermore, it can help at times of big life changes, such as: divorce, redundancy, bereavement and moving to a new place.

Qualifications & Training
I graduated from WPF, a leading provider of psychotherapy training in London with a Post Graduate Diploma in Psychodynamic counselling in 2002. I took a MA in Psychodynamic studies in 2005. Furthermore, I took a Diploma in Supervision at WPF in 2008.

Experience
I was working as a regular counsellor and an assessment counsellor at WPF for some years at the same time as doing my private practice. I have ten years experience counselling individuals and at the moment I mainly see clients in my private practice.

Fees
£50 per session, some allowance for unemployed or students.
