I have been been interested in a wide range of issues experienced in the everyday lives of people for over 30 years. I have an integrative approach to using theory in my practice.

Currently my work with individuals is within an open ended and longer term consideration of the issues we all cope with. For further information please see my website.

Qualifications & Training
Guild of Psychotherapists training in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy.

Experience
My private counselling and psychotherapy practice began in the 1970s as a member of the Private Counselling Service which was enhanced by a range of training courses in individual, couple, family and group work at the Tavistock Clinic and the Family Welfare Association, now known as Family Action.

During the 1990s I consolidated my training as a Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist with The Guild of Psychotherapists, and UKCP registration.

In addition to my psychotherapy practice I provide counselling in the NHS and supervision for counsellors in training. My own continuing professional development is very much part of my professional practice.

Fees
My fees are negotiable from £65 per 50 minute consultation. I will consider a concessionary rate for students.
