We are a team of Doctors of Clinical Psychology specialising in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) for adults, children & couples experiencing a range of problems. We offer Face to face, Phone, Video (Skype) and Online Counselling for individuals and couples. All our Psychologist have a minimum of 10 years of experience and all hold senior positions in the NHS. They are all Chartered with The British Psychological Society and Accredited with The British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies.

CBT is currently recognised by the National Institute of Clinical Excellence (a government body responsible for deciding which treatment should be available on the NHS) as an effective treatment for the a range of emotional problems including:

  • Depression
  • Low Self Esteem
  • Anxiety
  • Panic Attacks
  • Eating Disorders
  • Obsessive Compulsive Disorders
  • Post Traumatic Stress Disorder
  • Somatic Problems (e.g chronic pain, chronic fatigue)

    It can also be helpful in resolving relationship problems, sleep disturbance, general life dissatisfaction & change.     Qualifications & Training
    Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, BA Psychology.

    Experience
    Minimum of 9 years of training.
    Minimum of 8 years post qualification experience in NHS and private practice.
