I endeavor to provide a safe, yet challenging, space where it is possible to discover, and make sense of, the patterns that have been negatively effecting your life. Only then is it possible to choose other more creative ways of being. I am especially interested in helping people to live in the present moment.
I also believe that psychotherapy groups have a particular effectiveness in bringing about change. This is partly through the power of shared discourse and the mirroring that group members can offer each other.Qualifications & Training

Group Analytic Training at the Institute of Group Analysis in 1998.
Certificate in Supervision from SAP in 2004.

I have had a private practice from my home with one-to-one clients since 1982. Since 1998 I have run a private group in the Twickenham area and I have run both staff groups and experiential training groups in various settings including the NHS and nearby universities.Fees
Individual therapy: Between £45 and 55.
Group therapy: £85 per calendar month.
