Veronica is Chartered Psychology of the British Psychological Society (membership number 132398) and member of the BABCP, British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies. She has been working for the NHS in GP surgeries since 2005. She specialises in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Psychotherapy.
Veronica is fluent in English, Italian and Spanish and has extensive experience in working with people from diverse cultural backgrounds.
She is currently working as a Psychologist for the NHS in London. Part-time for St Thomas Hospital Psychology Health Department and Southwark Primary Care Psychology Service CBT Team. She is receiving specialist continuous professional development training from the Institute of Psychiatry and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. She is working as High Intensity Therapist for Increasing Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT) in Southwark. Sept 04 to Nov 06: Wimbledon Guild. Counsellor and Assessment Counsellor: I offered a cycle of 40 session of psychodynamic therapy to people living in the Wimbledon Area. I assessed patients and present internal case formulation written reports.

Jan 03 to July 04: Turning Point/ACAPS Alcohol Counselling and Prevention Services. Trainee Counselling Psychologist: This organisation offers counselling to alcohol/drug addicts.
Oct 02 to Sept 03: Marriagecare Helpline crisis. Volunteer: Telephone counselling service. Completed 70 hours of calls.Fees £65 per session between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. (off peak times); and from £75 to £95 per session between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m. (peak times).
