I am a fully registered and qualified psychotherapist and counsellor based in Epping, Essex and West London. I work to the BACP code of ethics and maintain strict confidentiality in my work.

Psychotherapy and counselling address the difficulties that we encounter in our everyday lives, whether this be concerned with our relations to others, our anxieties and uncertainties, or the tensions and conflicts that we feel in the way that we actually live in the world. In contrast to a technique-oriented approach, my existential approach explores the very unique way that we experience our way of being in the world and the assumptions and values that underpin our way of living. Recognising the patterns that we engage in allows for other possibilities to be considered and adopted in the course of the sessions.

My previous career was in the corporate world, and this has provided me with the experience and understanding to address the stresses, pressures and conflicts that typically make demands on us in such cases.

I offer short and longer-term therapy and am also able to offer telephone and online sessions if this is more amenable to you.
