I work with clients by listening carefully and helping them to enlarge their own understanding of how they experience life and relate to others. I encourage them to explore and expand the choices they believe they have for dealing with the world around them.
I take account of existential and psychodynamic theories in my work, while trying to avoid imposing any ideas or concepts on the unique experiences of each client.Qualifications & Training I have completed my Postgraduate Diploma training in Integrative Psychotherapy and Counselling at Regents College in London, and am now undertaking research for an MA at Regent's College.
I am a Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and adhere to its Ethical Framework. I am committed to honouring the trust placed in me by clients, promoting their well-being, and respecting their right to be self-governing.Experience In addition to my private practice, I see counselling clients in institutional settings in NHS primary care and in higher education.Fees Initial session £30. Daytime sessions £40, evenings & Saturday mornings £50.
