Meera is a UKCP registered Transpersonal therapist and trained supervisor. Meera works as a supervisor, psychotherapist and counsellor trainer at a number of agencies and academic institutions. Meera holds a City & Guilds Teachers Training Certificate.

Meera have learnt Sanskrit language in India and speaks several community languages.

Qualifications & Training
Meera holds a MA degree (Westminster City University) in Integrative Psychotherapy, an Advanced Diploma qualification in Transpersonal Psychology, and Diploma in Supervision Training. She has a Post Graduate Diploma in Counselling and is trained in EMDR, Anger Management, Communicative Psychology, various Cognitive approaches, Gestalt, SFBT and multi-cultural counselling.

Experience
Meera presented a workshop on ‘Unity within Diversity’ on consciousness at ‘International conference for Transpersonal Psychology’, a four day event, held in London, August 2004. Her ‘Trinity model’ builds a bridge between eastern and western psychological approaches, which was presented at “World Congress on Psychology & Spirituality” January 2008 in India. She presented her second paper on “Unity Within Diversity” at 10th EUROTAS International Conference on 1st November at Barcelona, Spain.. Meera is the founder and Director of the Centre for Transpersonal and Spiritual Studies (CSTS), London, which offers a variety of courses and workshops.
