I am in private practice in Bethnal Green E2 & Hammersmith W6 (both locations are well served by public transport) and dependent on need can offer both open-ended & time-limited counselling, psychotherapy & supervision.

All of us, at some point in our lives, will experience emotional and psychological difficulties. Relationship difficulties, or being 'stuck' in self-defeating & repeating patterns of unwanted behaviour, perhaps finding it hard to accept feelings around past, present & future life events, maybe anxious, angry or depressed about life in general, etc. In these emotional situations psychotherapy and counselling can be of benefit in offering a space where you can talk openly about yourself, be listened to and understood, in a way that is perhaps difficult to find with and expect of family members, friends and work colleagues.

I offer a confidential, safe and reliable place for you to make sense of your current difficulties, and through the establishment of a trusting therapeutic relationship will help you to explore past formative experiences and future concerns, which may be impacting on your present-day choices and decisions, and in particular how you think and feel about yourself and in your relationships with others.

As a Senior Accredited Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and UKRCP Registered Independent Practitioner I adhere to the Ethical Framework for Good Practice as set out by British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.

Due to the nature of my work I am often unavailable to receive incoming calls, so if you are wanting to talk with me about how I work, what I can offer or to make an appointment, please leave me a clear message with your name, contact details and availability (and whether its E2 or W6 you are enquiring about) and I will return your call as soon as I can.
