I have a small private practice based in South Kensington, West London. My approach is called psychodynamic therapy, where together we work to get to the origins of negative thought patterns and try to find different, better ways forward. I use a modern, eclectic approach to counselling, drawing on a number of different theoretical approaches and tailored to each individual client. Although I am trained primarily as a psychodynamic counsellor, I use elements of CBT or other theoretical approaches where I believe these would be most helpful.Qualifications & Training I trained in counselling and psychotherapy at the Westminster Pastoral Foundation (www.wpf.org.uk), based in Kensington, West London. I have degrees from London and Cambridge Universities.Experience I trained several years ago as a counsellor and psychotherapist and have worked from my practice in Kensington, West London since then.Fees I charge £35 for an initial session, then £4060 per session, depending on income and when clients are able to come.
