After a previous career in finance and business I am now practising as a Clinical Hypnotherapist in Kensington. Hypnotherapy is a relatively rapid form of therapy that can help to change habitual behaviour (eg smoking, nail biting, hair pulling), stop unwanted unconscious responses (eg phobias, panic attacks, eating disorders), improve self confidence and self esteem (eg motivation towards goals, reducing exam nerves, some psychosexual disorders), and develop relaxation skills to reduce stress. Hypnosis is also useful for physical conditions that that have a psychological element such as some gastro-intestinal disorders (eg IBS) or dermatological problems (eg eczema, warts), and can help with pain management.Qualifications & Training Diploma in Clinical Hypnosis.
