I am a Transpersonal and Integrative Psychotherapist working with a broad depth of emotional, behavioural and self-development issues. My belief is that healing and true self-empowerment are fostered by integrating mind, feeling, body and soul, creating greater freedom for self-discovery, understanding and change. Provided is a safe space to talk and explore, with alternative techniques to aid expression such as; artwork, writing, sandplay, role play, music, creative imagination including visualisation, meditation and dreamwork, breath and sound, body work and CBT tools. For younger children, mostly non-directive play therapy is used, trusting, supporting and aiding understanding of their process, sometimes pre-verbal, through play and metaphor.
