Karen is a fully qualified highly experienced psychotherapist and counsellor. She is also founder and clinical director of the Regency Practice, a leading consultancy firm providing coaching, counselling, therapeutic and well being services to promote performance and self development in individuals, groups and companies. Karen strongly believes that counselling and psychotherapy should be available to the whole of society regardless of wealth and social class status and so also runs a low-cost counselling service in London E9.
