How connected do you feel you are with your spirit, and your purpose?
Does life meet your expectations?
Rather than lowering, or altering your expectations, have you thought about changing your life?
Are you living your dreams?
Are you confident that you know who you are, and what you want?
Is the direction you're going in the way you want to be headed?
Does your life lack purpose, or direction?
Do you struggle to get up in the morning? Do you know why?
When was the last time you felt fulfilled and worthwhile?
Do you have goals? Are you achieving them?
Do you feel out of control? Does life just 'happen'?
Are you excited by the opportunities ahead?

I understand that taking the first step to seek therapy can take courage, and it is not unusual to be nervous about seeking therapeutic help.
When you first contact me by phone or e-mail you may ask whatever you wish about how I work and we can talk briefly about your reasons for seeking help through therapy and what you are looking for. This will give you a flavour of me and enable us to decide whether it might be rewarding to work together.
As appropriate, we can then arrange an initial session where we can discuss the above issues in greater detail in the context of your family history. During the session we will each be able to assess whether working together will be both productive and rewarding. If, hopefully, we do decide to do so we can then develop an outline programme for future sessions.Qualifications & Training MSc (Dist) Addiction Psychology and Counselling
