I work on a long and short term basis, I offer a safe space to explore the personal difficulties that life can present, respecting each client's pace and needs.
You may be having difficulties navigating through life, suffering panic attacks or feeling depressed and without hope, therapy is a place to explore our troubles and unlock our potential.
Some issues worked with: anxiety, stress, eating disorders, depression, OCD, addictions, relationships, to name but a few.
