I am professionally trained, European Certified Psychotherapist (ECP) and have been in practice since 2001. I offer brief (6-12 sessions) and long term psychotherapy and counselling for individuals and couples in North London (including Barnet, Whetstone, Finchley, Southgate, Enfield and Hertfordshire) and in Regent Street, Central London.
Clients come to me with a range of issue, typically among these are relationship problems, low self-esteem, sexuality and gender issues, anxiety, stress, loss, depression, anger management, abuse, trauma, bereavement, eating disorder and life crises.
During our initial, no obligation, consultation we will discuss what prompted you to seek therapy. We will explore what you would like to gain from therapy and I will suggest a possible way of working together which would be shaped by us in the following sessions. You will get a chance to ask me questions and share any concerns.

I obtained the Post Graduate Diploma in Gestalt Psychotherapy from GPTIM, Malta and am now in the advanced stages of completing an MA at the Gestalt Centre, London. I received the European Certificate of Psychotherapy (ECP) in 2004 and am registered with the European Association of Psychotherapy and the UKCP.
As part of my training I worked with the elderly, substance abuse and rehabilitation. I also received training in couple therapy & Family Constellation Therapy.Experience
I gained experience at the Substance Abuse Therapeutic Unit in Malta. This is run by the ‘Department of Correctional Services’ and caters for sentenced male, with a history of substance abuse, who volunteer to undergo a rehabilitation programme. Eligible individuals would have to be serving a sentence of more than six years and less than two. I also ran therapeutic groups for young adults and married couples who wanted to understand more about themselves and work through issues.
Prior to training as a therapist I ran my own company providing soft skills training for businesses in Malta. I also set up and organised The Health and Harmony International Festival in Malta, which took place once a year.Fees

Couple therapy: £60/£70 depending on location.
