Hons. degree in Psychology, an M.Sc. in organisational psychology and post graduate diplomas in Advanced Transpersonal Psychotherapy, EMDR level three, Counselling Supervision for individuals and groups and IMAGO Relationship therapy.
I have 17 years experience as an Integrative Psychotherapist working in private practice in South East London, Kent and West London. I work as a counselling supervisor and group facilitator and presenter at CCPE and other agencies in London and have worked as a trainer and human resources director for organisations in the UK and USA.
I use an integrative approach that incorporates techniques according to your specific problems such as Transpersonal therapy, Psychodynamic therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). I specialise in working with couples who want to stay together but are having difficulties in their relationship that they would like to understand and resolve. I also provide various one-day workshops exploring relationship issues, conflict resolution, Family dynamics and communication skills.
