I have over 10 years experience as a private counsellor & psychotherapy professional. I work as an Relational Integrative psychotherapist. That means I go with the client and create a setting for you to tell your story, however hard that may be. I think it's very important when you come to see me, that we create a contract together so that you know what you are working towards, and most importantly, you know when you have completed your contract and it's time to leave.

I come from a Transactional Analysis background originally, and have been very fortunate to of be trained and worked with some of the leading psychotherapists within T.A. in the world. (some names are Claude Steiner, Richard Erskine, Vann Jionnes, Ian Stewart, Jean Issley Clarke.) All have written extensively on the subject of psychotherapy and I feel enriched and very lucky to have gained this wealth of knowledge as a therapist.

I look forward to seeing you and helping you in whatever way I can.

    Experience
I work with all kinds of people. I encourage everyone I see that I work from an "I'm OK, You're OK" position. By this I mean that we are what has made us, the things that we have experienced shape our lives. Some of those things will be very destructive but are there for survival. I work on what the client wants to achieve.

Here are some of the areas I have covered: addictions, relationship problems, coaching for work & that job you want, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder, anger, depression, IVF, obsessions, Multiple Personality Disorder, child abuse.

£60 for couples (session lasts 1 hour 30 minutes).
Groups, to be decided by me on size of group.
