I provide a safe and confidential environment in which you can explore any issue which concerns you. I will listen, offer support and assist you in various ways to face what may have been previously too traumatic or difficult to bear. This can result in you coming to a new and deeper understanding of yourself, your problems and your past and present relationships. This may help you to live more fully in the present and to face the future more creatively. Qualifications & Training I completed my post graduate psychotherapy training at The Minster Centre, North London, graduating with a Diploma and an MA (Distinction) in Integrative Psychotherapy.Experience I have many years of experience in a variety of counselling settings and have worked as a psychotherapist in the NHS.
I am a very experienced addictions specialist but also work extensively with couples counselling, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, abuse, loss, identity and confidence difficulties and other life changing situations or transitions. Fees £60 for a 60 minute session - individuals.
£80 for a 60 minute session - couples.
