I believe that every person is a unique individual and I try to work with you to help throw light on current dilemmas, take a decision about the future or come to terms with the past.
I have an insight into the world of work, having had another career before re-training and I work extensively with Employee Assistance Programmes.
I work with individuals and couples.
I also have a particular interest in the link between mind and body - sometimes there are physical symptoms which are saying something which as yet hasn't or can't be put into words. I enjoy helping people to search for and reach their own potential through a journey of self-exploration.Qualifications & Training Diploma in Counselling (CSCT)
