Bereavements, depression, eating disorders, family relationships (including the most complex and distressing): these are the kind of issues clients have brought for counselling with me over the last 25 years. We have established together goals to work towards when we first meet and then reviewed these as the sessions continue. I usually offer short term contracts of 6 weeks but longer term work can be negotiated.
