My belief is that everyone has the ability to fulfil their personal potential and growth in life. I offer the opportunity to explore your potential through counselling and psychotherapy in a confidential, supportive and safe environment.
People come for help for a number of reasons, and you may be trying to cope with the loss of a partner or family member, the breakdown or difficulty of a relationship, trying to make sense of something which happened to you during childhood, or any other personal reason. You may have a need to identify and change what you might think is unhealthy behaviour. If you're not clear about your reasons for starting therapy, that's okay. Many of us experience a general sense of unhappiness, anxiety or dissatisfaction and use therapy as a way of finding out what our feelings, thoughts, behaviours or beliefs mean. There are no right or wrong reasons. It takes a willingness, and some time, to look closely at your concerns which you cannot make sense of on your own.
My practice is based in Leamington Spa, and there is easy access to parking. It is also accessible from Warwick University, Coventry University and Mid-Warwickshire College.Qualifications & Training Diploma in Person Centred Counselling.
