My Philosophy
I believe that given time, space, and support, people can make changes in their life and learn to take steps towards a positive future. The nature of the change desired and the history associated with the current state will determine whether the change is relatively rapid or painfully slow.

"Therapy as a investment in the future. It enables people to have a better, richer and fuller life."

My Practice
My clients may be self referred, referred by GPs, other professional practitioners or previous clients of mine. Whoever you are and whatever your past, present or desired future I promise an individual approach for everyone with a quality of care that is professional, ethical and anti-discrimatory.

My clients are of differing nationalities, cultures, religions and sexual orientations.

People come to me because they know that I care, that I am professional and effective. Clients report that during their time with me they; ''feel safe, are supported, encouraged, accepted and understood''. Clients often share their surprise that change is possible and that we focus so much on the future whilst considering the past, and that building a future can be 'fun' too.

It is common for clients to not know where to start in therapy, some started not knowing where they were or where they wanted to get to. I have helped many clients create changes for the better in their lives allowing them to move away from their limiting beliefs , their damaged past and their fear of future.

Professional Bodies
I am a member of the following professional governing organisations:

  • British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (Registrant number 618074)
  • Institute of Transactional Analysis (ITA)
  • European Association for Transactional Analysis (EATA)

I adhere strictly to their code of Ethics for Professional Practice and am subject to their complaints procedure.

I am a qualified and professional counsellor based in Leamington Spa. I work with individuals, couples and groups providing counselling and support in a safe, respectful and confidential environment.

If you want tomorrow to be better than today read on and discover how I can help you to achieve the changes that you are looking for.

If you want to arrange appointment, call me on 01926 887478 or 07866 261117. If you want to ask a question, email me. If I cannot respond immediately, I will usually reply the same day.

    Modern Life
Worry, anxiety, stress and depression are very common in today's society. Counselling can offer emotional support during difficult times e.g. redundancy, bereavement, relationships problems, money worries or debt problems. I offer the opportunity for you to speak and be heard with respect, understanding and acceptance. This can help you discover more about yourself, relationships and your future.
