I have worked as a therapist for some 14 years, eight of these within the penal service in the UK. I believe in the ability of anyone to change and to grow when provided with appropriate tools. Each person has the potential to develop his/her gifts and talents irrespective of their life's history. I have a particular interest in supporting couple relationships and the impact a healty couple relationship can have on family dynamics. My experience within the penal system has cemented my opinion that helping one person can have implications beyond one's wildest dreams. To facilitate the above, I believe in the provision of reflective space for each person if they so wish this.Qualifications & Training I qualified in 2000 with an MA in Integrative Psychotherapy after six years of training at the Minster Centre London. Throughout these years, I was in personal therapy as a requirement of qualification.Experience I work with issues of personal identity, addressing with clients the question: 'who am I?' as crucial to any personal growth and any interpersonal relationships. I have worked with issues of sexuality, including working with the abused and the abusers. I devote much time to couple work and to delivering, with others, seminars on communication within relationships. I am very comfortable with issues of spirituality as introduced into sessions by clients. These are in addition to generic issues such as depression, anger management, fear, confrontation & conflict and bereavement. Fees Individual 50 minute session £45.00.
Couple work 60 minute session £60.00.
