If you have recently had a baby and feel that you might suffer from postnatal depression, if you find it difficult to look after your baby, if you go through bereavement, separation or divorce or if you just need some time to think things over and talk about your concerns, I might be able to help.
I am a clinical psychologist with many years in providing counselling and psychotherapy for a wide range of issues including:
Baby sleeping or feeding difficulties
Baby crying or not responding to stimulus
Parenting and developmental concerns
Relationship difficulties
Depression and anxiety including postpartum depression
Low self-esteem, bereavement and loss
Family mediation
I offer a safe, confidential space where you can be yourself and speak your mind without fear of being judged or need to conform. I am here to help you help yourself.
I offer a sliding scale fee (you pay according to your income) and flexible meeting arrangements.
I provide open ended counselling which means that it is up to you to decide when you are ready to move on. In my experience however, most problems can be resolved in just a few sessions as, with the work we undertake together, you learn to trust yourself, your thoughts and your capacity to find your own solutions.Qualifications & Training BA Honours, MA Clinical psychology, University Lyon 2, France.
