I grew up in care and being mixed race, I have a great insight into all kinds of emotional distress and this experience supports my work with people who have problems with anxiety, depression, loss and bereavement. I also have some understanding of the impact of discrimination at work and in the wider world and can help people who feel victims in the workplace or other area of their life.

I'm keen to work with people who have family issues, problems around identity and those who are victims and perpetrators of abuse (domestic abuse, sexual abuse, emotional abuse and physical abuse).

I am keen to work with people having difficulties with relationships, whether recent or more long term issues - the repeating of patterns of behaviour that lead to the same outcomes.
