Using a psychodynamic approach, the counsellor works on a wide range of issues. These include stress, anxiety, depression, bereavement & other forms of loss, identity, mid-life crisis, self-esteem, lifestyle issues, relationship concerns, drugs or substance misuse, anger & trauma.
The counsellor values the importance of being genuine, respectful and empathetic. She sees the relationship between counsellor & client as at the heart of the work. A safe space may be created to work together to explore & gain insight on difficult issues.Qualifications & Training BSc - Psychology

Worked with wide range of issues.Fees Cost is £45 for face-to-face & £40 for telephone counselling per 50 minute session. £60 for couples counselling.
