My approach is warm, integrative, collaborative and active in focussing on the issues identified by the client.

My theoretical stance is primarily psychodynamic and object relational.

Most of my work is longer-term psychotherapy, although I do also offer short-term counselling. I work with a wide range of issues including:

  • Loss
  • Adults with a history of childhood abuse.

    I qualified in 1999 and have since built up a thriving practice working with individuals and agencies as a therapist and supervisor.
