I have been practising as a psychological therapist for over 12 years with adults and children over the age of 10 years. I am trained in both Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and the Person Centred Counselling approach; by combining these two approaches I believe that positive outcomes are enhanced.

I have successfully worked with clients suffering from the following: Anxiety – OCD – Phobias – Panic – Addiction – Stress - PTSD - Depression – Family Breakdown – Loss.

Location Near Aylesbury, easy for High Wycombe, Chesham, Milton Keynes, Berkhamsted, Thame.

I am also a qualified and experienced supervisor.

    Experience
    I have over 12 years experience in psychological therapy and have worked successfully with individuals with many different issues including anxiety, depression, stress, relationship difficulties, bereavement and self esteem issues. My experience has been gained within the NHS, schools, Connexions, local authorities, voluntary agencies and in private practice.

    Fees
    Individuals: £45 per hour.
    Counselling supervision: £35 per hour.
    Personal therapy for counselling students: £30 per hour.
