I approach counselling with the view that all of my clients have the power to change their lives and to turn around negative feelings and situations themselves. I use my training to help my clients understand their unhappiness more clearly and eventually tap into their own inner strength in a safe environment, with a view to moving forward in life, whatever the difficulty. I am situated directly in the City Centre of Manchester.
