Are you struggling with a relationship that is causing you unhappiness?

Are you feeling overwhelmed by a difficult transition in your life?

Do you find yourself:

  • Sad and distressed about a relationship ending.
  • Frequently in conflict with partner, family and others.
  • Worried about a decision to be made, a challenge to be met.
  • Overwhelmed by anger, shame, guilt or hopelessness.
  • Feeling helpless and that your life is out of control.
  • Longing for a sense of meaning and purpose.

If you are overwhelmed by loneliness, self-doubt, depression or hopelessness or have persistent feelings of anger, sadness, fear or anxiety, you may be living with old behaviour patterns or deep-seated beliefs that contribute to your unhappiness or pain.

Fortunately, it is possible to find some relief from feelings of difficulty or distress, even if they feel overwhelming.

Counselling can help restore wellbeing. Through counselling, you can experience:

  • Greater self-awareness and insight.
  • Increased intimacy in your relationships.
  • Ease with anger and other difficult emotions.
  • Development of self-acceptance and self-appreciation.
  • Familiarity with your strengths and choices.
